Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order especially for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color choice, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. We lovingly encourage you to check the size chart, color options, and product details before completing your purchase so you can feel as confident as possible about what you’re ordering. Printful’s policy also distinguishes fulfillment or quality issues from customer change-of-mind cases like ordering the wrong size.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
We want what reaches you to reflect the thought and care behind it. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed as a production or fulfillment problem, we’ll work to make it right through an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Printful says these claims are eligible for review within that 30-day window and may qualify for a reprint or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Lost Packages
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Before contacting us, it helps to check your tracking information and confirm the shipping address used at checkout. Sometimes the package is still moving through the system; sometimes it needs a closer look. Either way, we’ll do our best to help you sort it out.
Marked Delivered but Missing
If your tracking says your order was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, please check around your home, with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier first. These situations can be frustrating, and we understand that. Because packages marked as delivered are handled differently from lost-in-transit claims, these cases may need to be reviewed one by one.
Refunds
Because our products are made to order, refunds are only offered when there is a verified issue such as a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, or another eligible fulfillment problem. Refunds are not offered for sizing mistakes, color preference, or change of mind.
